Xiamen

I watched Astro channel334 (CCTV 4) after dinner, the program was introducing Xiamen. The sceneries looked familiar because i went to Xiamen ( one day trip)last Disember with my family amd relatives from Putien. We rented a van and after 2 hours drive we reached Xiamen.

We visited Jimei University, Tan Kah-Kee's memorial hall ,a car free island-Gulangyu, The most impressive scene is the long golden sandy seaside. It makes you want to stay at the nearby condominium after retire to enjoy the pieceful life around the area of golden sandy seaside.

During the Chinese New Year, i went to Bukit Mertajam. Bukit Mertajam is a place where you won't get lost because not much changes especially BM town. (I make comparison with Klang Valley.)

However, i was pleased when i entered a restaurant( pick at random) near Kampung Baru to take breakfast, the coffee and 'ha mee' is good and the price is cheap.

I am sure i will go back to that restaurant the next time i pay a visit to Bukit Mertajam.
